Account Deletion

At Banzai, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through one of the options below.

Option 1: Delete via the Banzai App

You can request account deletion directly within the Banzai application:

  1. Open the Banzai app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Click on 'Delete Account' and confirm.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly:

  1. Send an email to support@banzai.music.
  2. Use the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
  3. Ensure the email is sent from the email address associated with your Banzai account.

Data Retention and Processing

Upon receiving your request, Banzai will anonymize your subscription information and permanently delete or anonymize all associated personal data, including your listening history and playlists, within 30 days. However, in accordance with EU bookkeeping laws, payment and transaction records must be retained for seven years.
